We have 4 new lovely Champion Homes park models, all with different floor plans, fully set up in our park including a concrete patio, full skirting, water and sewer hook ups and central air/heat. You may add your own shed or other amenities upon park approval
Costs range from $74,900 to $84,900 for a 1BR, 1BA, some with a loft and porch and $89,900 for the 2BR, 2BA with washer/dryer hookups, with furnishings optional
Two of these models are for rent as well as purchase…a 1BR and the 2BR.
Rent is $1500/mo for 1-3 months with lease; $1200/mo for 4-6 months with lease; $1000/mo for 7+ months with lease. Lot rent of $285/mo included.
Lessor pays all electricity and propane charges with rent each month, billed through the park.
To purchase one of these homes requires a $1000 deposit and payoff expected within 2-4 weeks with financing through the buyer’s choice of lenders. Park models must remain in the park for a minimum of 5 years regardless of ownership. No subleasing or renting to other parties is allowed.
